Darren is just the nicest guy to get training from .. He’s so helpful and will guide you along the way and tailors the exercises to your ability.. Along with having the chats and banter 😂🙌, I am a female in my 50’s and was hesitant about starting but honestly I should not have been as he’s be so helpful and he checks in on you regularly.. He’s a 5 star ⭐ trainer .
